Sovereign completes installation for Cheddleton Parish Council

30 September 2009

Sovereign Play Equipment has completed an installation for Cheddleton Parish Council near Leek in Staffordshire.

A Hide ‘n’ Seek Trail with the additions of a Clatter Bridge and Drop Rope Traverse now gives the village play area a ‘wow’ factor and brings to life a previously dull half-acre space. The site is situated adjacent to houses with spectacular views of the Staffordshire countryside. It was therefore important that the play equipment blended into the surroundings, as well as being economically priced.

Darran Hine, Sales Director for Sovereign lives in Cheddleton and is delighted that they were able to help. “The Parish Council wanted maximum play value for the funds they had available. The complete installation was carried out for just over £5,000 which included the fencing-off of the site whilst the work was carried out”.

“Sovereign has been awarded a number of recognised accreditations and certifications. We work diligently to ensure that all the materials used in our products come from sustainable sources and meet with the strict guidelines laid down by the relevant organisations and authorities. This installation was no exception with the equipment being made from timber that comes from managed, sustainable sources.”
