Spiroflow acquires Dynamet Inc.

Spiroflow Ltd’s US based sister company, Spiroflow Systems Inc., has acquired Dynamet Inc.,a Michigan, USA based manufacturer of bulk materials handling equipment with more than three decades of experience in the industry.
Dynamet designs and manufactures a full range of powder handling equipment including tubular chain drag conveyors, flexible screw conveyors, bulk bag dischargers, manual sack tip stations, and pneumatic tilt tables for a variety of industries including food, chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging, and plastics.With the acquisition of Dynamet, Spiroflow will shortly expand its range of equipment in the USA, Europe and beyond so that they will be able to offer one of the largest selections of conveyors and other powder handling equipment in the industry.

The acquisition reinforces Spiroflow’s capabilities by expanding its equipment lines, engineering expertise, and materials testing data.
