iiaa Duo Set to Boost Business for North Western Salons

09 February 2011

Fresh help is on hand for salons and spas in North West England from two new specialists who have joined the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa).

Ashley Griffiths has been appointed as make-up artist to work with mineral cosmetics brand jane iredale providing free client make-over events, make-up demonstrations and inspirational product training for staff.

Ashley previously worked for Bobbi Brown for three years as a studio manager in John Lewis, Liverpool and then as part of their team travelling to nationwide promotional events.  On returning to counter sales she realised that her passion and strengths lay within the field based industry and working at events – and the iiaa role fitted the bill perfectly.

Sarah Mayman joins Ashley in helping salons to boost their retail and treatment business as the new Skin Analyst for the North West region.  Sarah had worked for a leading skincare house for whom she provided events at flagship retail stores countrywide.  An experience masseur, Sarah also had the opportunity to provide treatments for numerous celebrities and sports personalities from Louise Rednapp and Marvin from JLS to Peter Crouch, Jermaine Defoe and James Toseland.

Sarah will be providing free or charge, in-depth skin consultations at salons which stock the Environ, Advanced Nutrition Programme and jane iredale brands.  She will use advanced Visia camera technology to identify skin issues which can be improved using the product lines available at the host salon.
