Advanced Nutrition Programme Training Puts Vitality on the Menu

14 June 2011

The International Institute for Anti-Ageing has expanded the curriculum of its one day Advanced Nutrition Programme product knowledge course to more fully encompass its growing range of skin and wellbeing supplements.

The course now provides an even better understanding of how nutrition helps maintain the body’s overall wellbeing to influence healthy skin and more.

The expanded course shows therapists how supplements can support their clients’ wide ranging needs in a straightforward, easy to assimilate way.  It includes a comprehensive look at how supplements relate to different beauty treatments and client’s aesthetic concerns and features role play to develop sales techniques.

The course has been devised by International Institute for Anti-Ageing head of nutrition, Lorraine Perretta who says, “All clients are looking for anti-ageing help and not just for their skin. Having more energy, healthy joints, digestion, and immunity not only helps us to look good but feel good as well.  Nutritional supplements can help people who want to relieve dry skin, improve the condition of their nails, get slimmer or stay well during the colds and flu season.  Our trainees learn about all these benefits, which helps them to introduce the concept of nutritional support to almost every client they see.“

Advanced Nutrition Programme was developed by leading nutritionist Patrick Holford to complement skincare therapies in salons, spas and clinics.  The UK course is available at training venues in London, Weston-Super-Mare, Leeds and Glasgow.  Dates are available by calling 020 8450 2020 or e-mailing  admin@iiaa.eu.
