Priorclave meet specification 'head on' with Benchtop Autoclave

London Autoclave specialists Priorclave, have introduced a new 60 litre capacity Benchtop Autoclave, despite their already most comprehensive range, following a customer specification that required something little bit different.
Priorclave, specialist autoclave manufaturers with a dedicated design and development facility, have the largest portfolio of standard steam sterilisers including compact bench-top autoclaves, front loading autoclaves, free standing autoclaves, top loading autoclaves and high capacity front-loading autoclaves, as well as thru’ wall double entry autoclaves. Despite it being unlikely that Priorclave don't have a specification for most applications, for one customer, their design team had to revert to the drwaing board.
The design capability Priorclaves' standard 40 litre bench-top autoclave was already appealing, however the customer required a 50% increase in chamber capacity, resulting in the design and manufacture of the H60 autoclave, a steriliser with a 60 litre horizontal chamber.
The H60, Priorclaves' latest compact model, has an internal chamber diameter of 350mm and a working depth of 625mm, designed to operate up to 138ºC at 2.4 bar. The H60 is available with a single heating element giving cycle times of 90 minutes and double heating element giving 75 minute cycle times. The H60 also features the TACTROL 2 microprocessor control system with staged illumination, providing user friendly setting of temperature & time as well as digital readouts of cycle status.
Priorclaves' bench top H60 is classed as part of their compact range, however, the increased external depth of 865mm may restrict placement on a laboratory bench, therefore Priorclave are able to supply a dedicated stand for mounting adjacent to a working surface.
