iiaa Presenters Hit the Road to Empower Excellence in the Beauty Industry

11 July 2011

Enabling beauty salon businesses and the people who work in them to achieve their full potential is the theme of a newly announced series of one day events organized by the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa).

The Empowering Excellence road show is taking a team of presenters to four venues in September, with events in London (19th), Leeds (20th), Glasgow (26th) and Dublin (27th).

The series of presentations will be in the form of talks, demonstrations and audience participation exercises.  The overall aim of the sessions is to reveal new and effective ways to satisfy and surpass customer needs in order to improve business performance.  These include the application of fresh thinking, implementing business building tips and introducing effective products and treatments that achieve the results clients can only get from their beauty therapist.

Highly entertaining motivational speaker Steve Head is set to inspire with small changes in thinking that bring big changes in results.  He will show how bringing out the best in yourself and your staff and creating a fantastic customer experience will keep clients coming back for more.

Therapists will also learn how they can to achieve the natural-looking results that clients prefer with the latest treatment that dramatically reduces frown lines in a safe and non-invasive way.  The results of recent trials will be revealed and there will be a live demonstration of the Environ Frown Treatment.

A further session will demonstrate how salons can use mineral make-up together with effective displays and consultations to generate new business and boost retail revenue while increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Tickets for the Empowering Excellence events cost £85 and can be booked by calling the iiaa on 020 8450 2020 or by e-mailing admin@iiaa.eu.
