Galway Salon Races Ahead in the Fashion Stakes with jane iredale

One of the favourite sporting events in Ireland, the horse racing season in Galway has been marked with numerous high profile events that merge glamour with the thrill of the chase, the perfect showcase for jane iredale make-up.
The glamorous mineral make-up products featured on Catwalk Model Agency models as Galway salon Michelle's Beauty Rooms co-hosted the prestigious Fillies and Fashionistas Pre-Races Luncheon and fashion show with Quiff Hair Studio at the town’s Hotel Meyrick. The team provided the hair and make-up for all the models taking part, as well as offering pampering to the 160 guests attending the event, which was filmed by Irish TV 3’s e xPosé, with proceeds going to Cancer Care West. Salon owner Michelle McDonagh went fully equipped with jane iredale make-up tools, products and a new display stand, providing a fabulous presence for the brand.
"The event was a massive success and all the fashionistas attending, as well as many of the models, commented on the long lasting effect of jane iredale, which is perfect for a day at the races,” commented Michelle. “Unlike many other brands jane iredale would need few top-ups while watching the horses. This is probably why it's so popular with the likes of Kylie and Victoria Beckham."
Michelle also used jane iredale make-up to prepare models for Photo Finish and Ladies Day events which previewed the latest hair, hat and makeup trends ahead of the hugely popular Galway Races Summer Festival in July.
