Job description:
Position: Warehouse Operative - York
Duties Include:
- General warehouse duties to receive and dispatch goods on a daily basis of inwards & outwards deliveries.
- Completing the order process from packing list to arrange UPS or special posting requirements daily.
- Mechanical Handling Equipment – to be able to use pallet lift/fork lift.
- Good housekeeping to ensure all control procedures are put into place.
- Data entry - stock log.
Successful candidates will need:
- Good customer service / communication skills & time management skills.
- A good level of Word processor data input skills.
- Multi-functional and willing to work in a Team.
- When necessary to able to work under supervision and unsupervised when required.
