Westcotes Flooring Company, operate throughout the UK from our offices in Leicestershire. We have been servicing corporate clients and the construction industry for nearly 30 years. We are a privately owned company staffed by professionals with a wealth of experience in the flooring industry who are committed to quality, customer service and safe systems of work.
We currently operate four divisions which enables us to effectively service our wide client portfolio:-
General Contracting
All main contractor work within the construction and fit-out sector for a wide range of clients. Contracts range in value from £5,000 to £1 million.
Special Projects
Working directly for Schools, hospitals and local authorities we aim to provide a quotation within 72 hours of request and to complete works within 2 weeks from Order date. We carry out a variety of work to fit in with our customers' needs ensuring minimal disturbance to all concerned.
Retail
All end user and main contract work within the Retail sector. We have significant experience on major roll out programmes for the likes of Tesco and Barclays Banks and our contracts team are familiar with the specific demands of this challenging sector.
Raised Access Flooring
WFC work closely alongside leading raised access flooring manufactures such as Kingspan, Permaflor and MetalFloor which give us access to a huge range of raised access flooring systems that enables us to tailor our products and services to best meet your needs. We can inform you of the different solutions available on the market and aid you in choosing the product and system best suited to your project.
Commercial Blinds
We are able to provide a competitive quote for both vertical and roller blinds and this work can be carried out at the same time as the flooring work so there is no need for multiple visits.

Health & Safety
The Directors regard the promotion of Health, Safety, Welfare, Employee Wellbeing and Environmental Protection as a mutual objective for the Company and its employees at all levels.
It is the Directors' policy to do all that is reasonable to prevent personal injury and hazard to health by protecting persons including the public from foreseeable work and environmental hazards in so far as they come into contact with the Company or its work. Provide necessary safety devices and personal protective equipment and provide instruction on their use.
Carry out regular inspections of the workplace and take appropriate action to safeguard against hazards and eliminate / reduce the risk of accidents.
Carry out audits to ensure the Company's Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures are being complied with.
Maintain a constant and continuing awareness and interest in Health and Safety and Environmental matters.
Actively participate in developing occupational Health & Safety standards within the organisation and through involvement with external organisations.
Develop, plan and review the Company policies and procedures to meet our company need and expectations.
