Using our state of the art equipment Whitmore’s can produce/tailor any bespoke item to customer’s individual requirements.

Whitmore’s manufactures solid hardwood timber profiles and wrapped profiles for the flooring, furniture, joinery and building industries. These can be supplied in random or cross-cut lengths to suit your requirements.

Also with an extensive range of real wood veneers in stock the company can quickly wrapped real wood veneers onto a range of materials including MDF and solid wood, using one of five Weinig moulders, two wrapping machines and a Heeseman profile sanding machine to give a fine-sanded finish.

Increasing demand for solid hardwood laminated sections can be supplied from our in-house laminating plant, which can then be profiled and/or cross-cut as required.

With access to the huge stocks of solid hardwoods at our Claybrooke Magna site, we are also able to respond rapidly to customer’s orders for solid hardwood timber mouldings, lipping’s and components such as mitres frames.

Quality has to be the watchword – supplying industrial customers, working to fine tolerances and high standards. Competitive pricing is also a key to this business, which Whitmore’s can offer by virtue of its raw material purchasing expertise and strength.

For the furniture industry we offer mitred cornices, plinths and frames, drawer sides, boxes, chair and table components. To the joinery trade we supply mitres veneer wrapped door frame sets, glazing bead mitres frames and the like.

My son is at college and has to have good quality hardwood to make furniture. This place was the best by far for both price and quality of kiln-dried Ash planed and cut to size. Everything was done over the phone and prepared in advance so all we had to do was turn up and collect which was very smooth. Great service I can only assume a good price as I can't find better and the quality looks amazing.
