About us

With over 40 years’ experience in manufacturing hardwood structures, WoodScape is a family owned business best known for working with the UK’s leading architects and landscape designers to provide high-quality wooden outdoor furniture. 

Our main goal as a company is to develop solutions which meet the requirements of Britain’s quickly expanding communities and to contribute to the appearance of outstanding public areas across the UK. 

Here at WoodScape, we believe that hardwood is ultimately the best material to use for the construction of outdoor furniture.  Hardwood is a natural material sourced from sustainable forests and has a life expectancy of 100 years, requiring little to no maintenance and has a strong ability to resist vandalism.  It can also be manipulated into a wide range of specific designs and always has a beautiful finish.

Wapping Quays were looking at ways to enhance the environment on the communal colonnade for the benefit of all residents. We had to be mindful of being a Grade II listed building and part of a world heritage site. With the support and input from Woodscape we were able to find the perfect solution, that the Listed Buildings Planning team and the residents were happy with. We had great input and support from initial discussions, to design and final installation from all the team at Woodscape.
