About us

Global Energy Systems is a Lancashire based renewable energy company specialising in the manufacture and installation of air source heat pumps. Spanning three generations and over 50 years of engineering experience, we have achieved worldwide success through our dedication to the development of renewable energy technology. Our hard work has been recognised by Shell who recently awarded us with the Shell Springboard Award for our efforts to find other energy sources.

    At Global Energy Systems we are dedicated to providing you with the best product and the highest quality of service. We will speak with yourselves to establish your needs and carry out a free detailed survey to identify a heat pump right for you and your property. We are a fully MCS accredited company.

    Our heat pumps are bespoke and of the highest quality, they are made in the UK for the UK climate. We offer the best after care package to ensure your heat pump is working at optimum level. After installation we will remotely access data from your heat pump daily. By doing this we can quickly and effectively determine if any changes need to be made to ensure the highest performance. Our committed services team are only a phone call away to deal with any questions or issues you may have, ensuring full peace of mind.

I found out about Global Energy Systems through word of mouth, as a neighbour had gone with them previously. The two guys who fitted it were very diligent, easy to talk to, stuck to their tasks and got on with it.They certainly had a can-do attitude which I was very pleased with overall. There's been a lot of technical stuff to take on board but so far they’ve explained it well and in simple way. They provided me with a helpline number to monitor performance of heat pump remotely. This seems helpful and so far I've had no problems.

General review of your supplierI chose Global Energy Systems after looking at their web site. Their customer service was all very professional and they explained my options to me and how to get the best out of my product very well. Only time will tell if the system lives up to expectations.
