Our Surface Mount Technology department can accommodate both large and small production runs, including initial prototype boards. We pride ourselves on strong client communication meaning that we will work with you to ensure that all requirements are met.
If you have Gerber data please do not hesitate to send it to us and will be happy to prepare a competitive quotation. But, if you do not have any data, please feel free to send us a sample board and we will do the rest.
Our Surface Mount Technology Department has recently moved into new larger premises, which has allowed us to expand our customer base, meaning we can quote for even larger productions. The department operates to a high standard of quality control. We are always pleased to welcome potential new customers to view the facility, by prior appointment.

Founded in 1982, GN Systems Ltd have over 35 years’ experience in the design and distribution of PCB technologies and prototypes that are utilised across both local and national industries. Over the years, our aim has remained the same – to become a multi-skilled, modern company that incorporates the latest advances in technology when designing our products and services. We specialise primarily in electrical and electronic design services that are second to none and have proven ourselves within the industry to be professional and efficient from start to finish.

Some of our main services here at GN Systems include design, surface mount technology, through hole PCB assembly, electronic manufacturing, cable harness, repair and test, quality assurance and panel building. We offer a flexible approach to all customer requirements and can ensure maximum productivity from original design concept through to completion. We take great pride in our attention to detail as well as our ability to meet the standards set out by our clients as effectively as possible.

We as a company operate from 16,000 square feet of modern facilities based in Bolton, where we continuously develop, equip and maintain to the highest possible standards. We have a team of expert PCB specialists who are more than capable of carrying projects through circuit development, schematic and PCB layout, mechanical design, prototype stage and final production. Our team of multi-skilled staff combine vast experience and expertise to create new and innovative solutions unlike anything else on the market.
