The Hunza Bollard 700 Pure LED is ideal for exterior lighting such as driveways, path lighting, parking areas, etc. The lens reflects light at two angles through an anti-glare mesh directly onto the ground and horizontally to illuminate the surrounding landscape.

This bollard is by default tapered at the base to ease insertion into soft standing. If the ground is very soft or a superior purchase is required the bollard can be set into concrete or a better option is to use a Floor Canister with the bollard – this canister will show up during checkout and can be added if required. The Bollard is also available with a flange mount for fixing to hard standing.

It is constructed of tubular aluminium with a UV stable powdercoated finish, machined from solid copper, or machined from 316 stainless steel. It has a mirror finished twin angle reflector and UV stable acrylic lens with anti-glare mesh. This gives no upwards light but generates a soft glare free pool of light surrounding the bollard.

The PURE LED system is designed to provide the ultimate combination of light output, illumination control, and long-term performance from an outdoor-rated sealed luminaire. A constant current driver is required for this fitting maximum 1050ma. See the LED Drivers page on this site.
The Hunza Bollard 700 is also available in a 12 volt version or a GU10 version for connection direct to mains.

Rowan Almond Limited is a small family-run business. With over 25 years experience in the lighting industry, Rowan Almond has now become a trusted name. Working initially as a Sales Agent providing lighting solutions in the Exhibition and Retail sectors, Rowan formed his own company in 2002.

When given the opportunity to supply exterior lighting to an old friend who was a Landscape Architect another door opened, and the company soon started to specialise in top end landscape lighting products. Experience soon revealed that only quality products can survive the British weather, and the company became a distributor for LuxR and Hunza. These are some of the best outdoor lights in the world, developed in New Zealand from the finest materials.

Rowan has gained extensive experience working with architects, landscape architects, contractors, electricians, and directly with clients. We have completed hundreds of projects both commercial and residential, from small gardens to large estates, patios to shopping malls.
