Toolex is renowned for precision intermediate reamers in 0.01mm increments but over the years the range has grown to meet the needs of the engineer, and now intermediate reamers are available in multi layer TiAlN coating and the newly developed Nano coating which will increase your reaming speeds, increase your tool life, improve the surface finish and compete with Carbide on materials up to 45 HRC.
Micro Slot drills and End Mills are available from 0.1mm in Carbide 2 flute and Ball Nose. The range also consists of Cobalt standard, long series, ball nose and square end.
Manigley colour coded Taps and Dies. New for 2006 are the Manigley Duo Taps which are available in Yellow, Black, Red, Blue and Green, they have a hard material coating which makes them very hard wearing, suitable for a variety of applications where many components need to be tapped.
Tusa solid Carbide Drills and Milling cutters. Tusa have extended their product range to include new Tusa Top Drill (for stainless steel and aluminium) and Alu Eater endmills, for high speed applications.
Centre Drills are available in standard , long series, Carbide, Cobalt and Hss.
Countersinks and Counterbores, in many different angles and styles.
