Chambers with superior temperature change performance
The AR Series chambers provide high levels of performance with a wide temperature and humidity control range. When a product or specimen is tested, it can generate heat & moisture. In this instance the chambers will automatically adjust to maintain the correct test parameters, changing temperature and humidity as required.
There are thirty two chambers in the AR series line-up providing a temperature change rate from 4K/minute to 18K/minute, conforming to IEC test standards for automotive parts.
All the Espec AR chambers feature Espec’s latest control instrumentation delivering high speed processing, plus built in Ethernet for fast and effective remote monitoring.

Excellent environmental testing performance in a compact design. Available in 20L and 60L capacities with temperature ranges from −20, −40, or −60℃, to ＋150 or ＋180℃ .

Espec, represented in the UK by Unitemp, are pleased to announce the release of the new Refrigerant R-473A for their environmental test chambers. This new refrigerant can be ordered as an option to replace R23 and R-508A. R-473A is an environmentally friendly low GWP refrigerant that has cleared regulations globally. Its characteristics make it possible to reduce both power consumption and the amount of refrigerant required.
