Cooper Joinery & CNC Services Ltd is going from strength to strength with their 5-axis CNC Cutting Service.
Having changed our name back in January 2019, we are now known & recognised for the CNC Machining Service we provide, as well as the bespoke joinery that we have been producing for the last 36 years. We are based on the coast in West Sussex, but delivery can be organised to ship your items to where they need to be. Our many projects have included the production of rafters for a concave roof structure, the manufacturing of 180 acoustic boards (each with 11552 holes in them), and more unusually parts to form whole flight simulators and caravans!
With design trends ever changing, this has meant we are often asked to help create unusual designs, patterns & textures for boarding, panelling and splashbacks, and this is where our 5-axis CNC machine comes in to its own. The detail we can produce is second to none, and with our vast joinery knowledge of the extensive ranges of timber & panelling products on the market, we offer the perfect combination when it comes to helping you and your Clients stand out from the crowd.
Our 5-axis CNC machine can help with the production of components, or even just aid you with certain machining elements you need to ensure your parts fit together beautifully. We work with a number of furniture companies who are able to machine their parts, but are unable to add the 5-axis elements which ensure they fit together successfully, and with style & beauty.
