Solutions was established in 1994 by Paul Meek a former Operations Director of an ambulance service. Paul’s knowledge and experience within the Ambulance community has been a key factor in Solutions being recognised as being a market leader in offering training solutions to the EMS.
The company offer qualifications on the Regulated Qualifications Framework via Q.N.U.K. including level 2, 3 and 4 awards relating to moving and handling and conflict resolution training.
Solutions have worked closely and continue to do so to continuously develop training solutions in their very specialist areas.
We are proud to have provided train the trainer and instructor led moving and handling and conflict resolution programmes to many English Ambulance Trusts and Northern Ireland. Yorkshire, SECAMB, SCAS, Northern Ireland, SWASFT and Welsh Ambulance Trusts have all conducted our unique e-learning programmes as have nationwide fire and rescue services. All our online courses are accessible by PC’s, laptops, tablets and smart phones and support is available 365 days a year. our customer base is also extensive across the commercial ambulance sector.
Being at the forefront of its specialist subjects has also designed and manufactured both specialist manual handling products and learning and development materials to meet the needs of our EMS customers:
Our student paramedics completed Solutions online Moving People course and attended classroom training (blended learning) to learn the practical skills. The on-line learning was obviously effective as during the practical training sessions many parts of the on-line learning was quoted and referred to both by students and myself, which confirms to me that this type of blended learning has a big advantage.
