AC2 – Gel Cable Lube

Description

AC2 Gel eliminates friction when heavy power cables are installed in plastic ducts.

AC2 Gel Cable Lubricant is a specialised type of lubricant that is used to ease the process of pulling and installing cables through conduits or other tight spaces. It is a gel-like substance that is applied to the cable before installation, and it helps to reduce up to 80% of friction and resistance as the cable is pulled through the conduit. This makes it easier to install the cable and reduces the likelihood of damage to the cable or conduit during installation.

AC2 Gel is made from synthetic polymers and lubricating oils, giving its unique gel-like consistency. AC2 is also non-toxic, non-flammable, and environmentally friendly, making it safe for various applications.

Areas of Use
AC2 Can be used on all types of cables, from large to small, on short and long runs.

Instructions

Apply AC2 Gel on the cable with a sponge or a brush and proceed with the installation using the usual cable installation techniques.

The water in the gel evaporates over time, leaving a layer of lubricant on the cable and facilitating any replacement or introduction of other cables in the same pipe in the future.

AC2 is a non-toxic, inert, non-flammable product.
AC2 WILL NOT create any glue effects.

Keep away from porous or delicate surfaces. To remove the product, use soap and water and, if necessary, degreasers or detergents for fabrics or floors.
