The 24kW - 48kW stand alone compact steam generator system works with Astell Scientific's range of autoclaves and sterilizers, or can provide a direct steam supply to other equipment requiring instant steam in high peak demand systems. Astell steam generators are designed and built in the UK with laboratory and research facilities in mind, making them ideal for sterilizers, Effluent Decontamination Systems, media preparators, bioreactors, fermenters, and for heat supply in bioengineering and biochemical facilities.

All Astell Scientific steam generators are manufactured with stainless steel pressure vessels and optional stainless steel pipework, which eliminates the contamination associated with mild steel/copper systems. If you require a larger autoclave (600 litres +), please Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Astell steam generators are designed with peak demand in mind making them ideal for steam sterilizers or other systems that require instant steam in short-burst, high delivery, with quick regeneration. Stainless steel boilers and pipework reduce contamination caused by mild steel systems.
Systems are available in either 24KW, 48KW or 72KW with one to three steam source heaters.
