Packline Splicemaster increases productivity

The Roll Slicing Machine for rolls of packaging material offers fully automated splicing and continuous production for thermoformers and blister packers.
The Splicemaster, from Packline Materials Handling, joins the beginning of a new reel of material to the end of the old in seconds, thereby facilitating near continuous production and leaving operators free to keep production moving. The Splicemaster is easy to retrofit to most machines designed for forming material as well as being easy to use providing continuous production.After loading a new reel onto the spare mandrel (while the other is running) simply thread it into the standby position where it is held by a pneumatic clamp activated by the yellow button.
Remove the masking strip from the adhesive tape and press the green button. The Splicemaster takes care of the rest.
