We pride ourselves on allowing our customers to design their bins or street furniture the way they want it (all within reason, of course!).
Because why would you want something that looks the same as everyone else's?

We don’t believe in the ‘sell and move on’ approach.
Because by doing that, we’re not being true to ourselves.
We love establishing and building new relationships with you. That’s why plenty of our customers have been working with us for many, many years.
They’re great listeners and marvellous problem fixers, our Sales team. Whether you already have a bin, bench or flower planter in mind, or even if you have no clue what you need, our Sales team has you covered.
That’s because they know our products inside and out.
From there, we work with you to make sure we’re always on the same page and you’re kept updated during the manufacturing and delivery process.
And when required, we’ll also come and visit you to better understand what you’re looking for and where your unit will be going.
We create and send you specification sheets
We understand that you want to know exactly what you’re getting.
What’s more, sometimes custom designs can be difficult to explain and confirm.
Like we said, we work with you to ensure we’re always on the same page!
That’s why we create specification sheets with your order. These documents show an accurate picture of your unit, as well as dimensions and (optional) artwork.
This lets us know that you’re happy with what we’ve proposed and we can crack on with the work!
