So, this past month has yet again been a busy month for us here at CIM Associates UK Ltd.

Training seems to be at the forefront of many of our clients’ minds complying with ever changing legislation across the many sectors we look after.
Earlier this month saw us at London Heathrow Airport to train relevant staff in COSHH (control of substances Hazardous to Health ) and Manual Handling. Not only are these courses to prevent any potential impact to the Staff through lack of knowledge of chemical use during their everyday tasks, it also gives them the chance to ask questions and raise any concerns they may have whilst carrying out their duties.A visit to Alexandra Palace to meet the team there was a good experience for us, not only to put faces to names but actually see firsthand the environment in which they work and answering questions raised whilst on site with them.
Fire Awareness is an ongoing area where many of our clients are requesting their staff be trained or requiring refresher training, we have bookings into next year already made. Later this week sees us back in London doing just that for another of our clients in the hospitality sector.
Senior Management Training is being requested more by our clients and general enquiries being made to us, the courses we have run recently were a complete eyeopener not only for the managers themselves but also the business owners. Quite simply many Managers/Owners were not fully aware until attending the course of their responsibilities in the eye of the law and implications if not followed out correctly. Although it is a Two days training we here at CIM try and make it as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. We have recently added Behavioural Safety to the management training with feedback telling us it has assisted the teams in promoting positive changes in behaviour in the workplace.
All of our courses are certificated, and clients have told us by having the training and certification has helped their business when potential clients make enquiries to them as it shows commitment, sincerity and a willingness to be the best they can be !
