Well, December found CIM Associates busy right up until Christmas week, conducting a Fire Risk Assessment to a new client who is now looking for Fire Warden training in the early part of this year.
We have also just finished training for a care home sector we look after across the country, and they have also booked extra support training throughout January and February.We have gained a new client who we welcomed in early December this client is in the construction industry and we have known of them for quite some time, so it is a pleasure to welcome them to CIM.
Similarly we have achieved Safe Contractor status for one of our long serving clients, this was fraught with issues and required quite a lot of additional work, however the client now has this valuable status to promote his company.
Due to the nature of our business the phone is available to our clients 24/7, 365 days a year and fortunately had just a couple of calls on Christmas Eve for a transport company we look after.
Our diary for the upcoming months are looking healthy and already taking new enquiries. Let’s hope 2024 is a good year not just for us but all the businesses we support and who support us.
