Based in Staffordshire, Applied Vibration Ltd are UK leaders in the design and manufacture of bespoke industrial vibration equipment. Established in 1976, the company has gained an exceptional reputation for offering unique solutions that are guaranteed to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency. Applied Vibration Ltd supply industrial vibration equipment to a number of industries and sectors, including solutions for weighing and packaging, chemical and fertilisers handling, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, general manufacturing, recycling, scrap and waste recovery, glass and metals and cement, sand, gravel and stone, and bespoke handling solutions. These individual sectors have applied our core products to their individual applications which have resulted in effective, efficient and long-lasting solutions. Using our 40+ years of knowledge and experience, we as a company are able to develop our specialist handling equipment to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.

Our range of practical solutions designed for handling and processing include:

Vibrating Feeders: designed for feeding product from point A to point B in a controlled and even flow, with the ability to stop and start the product instantly.

Vibrating Conveyors: robust equipment used for transporting product within a production line as efficiently as possible.

Vibrating Screens: specifically designed for separating out particulates from bulk material - for example water from dry product, or large lumps of grain from smaller grains.

Vibrating Tables: for compacting bulk material in containers. This could be compacting recycled metals in a bulk bag FIBC in order to reduce peaks and stabilise the bag, or compacting powder in a vessel to increase the amount of product that can fit into the container.

Compaction Feeder Units: a hybrid between compacting and feeding – this unit offers compaction-on-the-move in a production line, and is often used for compacting boxes that have been filled in order to successfully seal the box without any ‘bulging’ when it reaches the sealer.

Vibrating Spiral Elevators: used when a factory or production line requires bulk product to be conveyed to a higher level vertically in an area with limited floor space.

Special & Bespoke Handling Equipment: often we are approached with particularly challenging applications for which we work closely with customers to produce bespoke equipment specifically designed to solve their issue.
