I’ve had brilliant service from SafeLink twice recently, and Graham deserves a special mention. First, he helped me source some replacement buttons for our system — quick, helpful, and straightforward. But yesterday he really went above and beyond. We have an office building and I’m the landlord, and he patiently talked me through (over the phone, remotely) how to track down a loose wire in the main entry system unit and fix it. Absolute legend. He was incredibly patient, professional, and clear throughout — genuinely excellent customer service. We had a great experience with SafeLink when we bought the system years ago, and this just confirms it. I’ll definitely be coming back when we need a new system, and I’m very happy to recommend them.

Adam from Rocburn was incredible. I was in the middle of selling my house, building control wouldn't sign off unless we installed an AOV. I was in a huge hurry to get the work done before moving out and completing with little over a week to get it done. Adam at Rocburn went above and beyond to help me out. I ordered the AOV on the Friday, it was delivered by the Monday and Adam lined up an improved installer to come in and fit it by the Wednesday. They removed my old velux, resized the opening, fitted the AOV and made good ready for the plasterer. And I received my commissioning certificate the very next day! how about that for service. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Their service and help, literally saved my house sale and also got me out of an immensely stressful and time pressured situation, I honestly cannot thank them enough.They were amazing!

I have been driving buses and coaches for the past 10 years, so came in with experience, but I quickly realised I was not as perfect as I thought. I trained with Pat, and can honestly say he is an amazing instructor, very patient, clear, and direct. During the training, I realised how many things I had been doing wrong in traffic, and he helped me correct them properly. I passed with no minors, which says everything about the quality of the traiing. When I booked, I was advised to take the full amount of hours. I was a bit sceptical at first because of my experience driving large vehicles, but now I can honestly say it was the right decision. The extra time allowed me to learn all the routes properly and get confident with reversing. I would definitely recommend Wallace School of Transport to anyone serious about passing a becoming a better, safet driver.

Excellent service provided by Damps. Tom and Luke came out and assessed the damaged caused from years of damp problems. Everything was taken care of from start to finish. All damp problems resolved and our home in York has been left damp free and left spotless from all the building work undertaken. Highly recommend

P+HS have worked with Axis on a number of projects; however, this was my first experience, and I was very pleased with the communication and design advice offered. The finished product was of the high quality expected for the clinical environment requirements, operationally achieving all that was hoped for and aesthetically pleasing.

Our experience with this lift company for our property was stressful from start to finish. The sales representative made numerous mistakes in the drawings during the early stages of the project, which created confusion and delays. In addition, the office staff were often rude and unhelpful when we tried to resolve these issues. When the lift finally arrived on site, it had been built incorrectly using an outdated drawing, even though the design had been revised very early in the process. The updated drawings had been sent, confirmed, and formally signed off by our project manager, yet these changes were clearly not followed. Unfortunately, both the operations and sales teams were unhelpful when the issue was raised and were often argumentative rather than focused on resolving the problem. Overall, the level of service we received was extremely disappointing. For a company that promotes itself as a premier lift provider, the standard of service was very poor. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Axis provided excellent support during the design/manufacturing phase, offering practical, well-integrated solutions that aligned with the overall architectural vision.
