During my initial call, I was told the matter would be discussed with a manager, and I later received a call back confirming that I would still need to pay a call-out fee and that appointments were only available after more than 3 weeks, with the earliest availability being in the first week of November. Despite clearly explaining that my father was vulnerable and had important medical needs, no urgency was shown. We were effectively left without a functioning stairlift for an extended period. During this time, my father unfortunately suffered a fall, which significantly worsened his condition. Sadly, his health continued to decline, and he later passed away. What is even more disappointing is that after raising a formal complaint, the company has denied any responsibility and has now stopped responding altogether. This is not just about poor customer service — this concerns essential mobility equipment for a vulnerable person, where delays can have serious consequences. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider before relying on this company for critical equipment.

Our experience with this lift company for our property was stressful from start to finish. The sales representative made numerous mistakes in the drawings during the early stages of the project, which created confusion and delays. In addition, the office staff were often rude and unhelpful when we tried to resolve these issues. When the lift finally arrived on site, it had been built incorrectly using an outdated drawing, even though the design had been revised very early in the process. The updated drawings had been sent, confirmed, and formally signed off by our project manager, yet these changes were clearly not followed. Unfortunately, both the operations and sales teams were unhelpful when the issue was raised and were often argumentative rather than focused on resolving the problem. Overall, the level of service we received was extremely disappointing. For a company that promotes itself as a premier lift provider, the standard of service was very poor. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

We have just completed the Anxious to Awesome program with my daughter and it has been a truly positive experience for our family. The program is very well structured, easy to follow, and full of practical tools that children can actually use in real life. My daughter has learned how to understand her worries and manage her anxiety in a much healthier way. We have noticed a real improvement in her confidence and ability to cope with stressful situations. As a parent, it also helped me understand how to better support her. I would highly recommend this program to any family whose child struggles with anxiety.
