About us

Direct Signs (UK) Limited was formed in 1998, trading originally as Direct Signs since 1985. We have formed long-standing relationships with key customers and suppliers, developed through maintaining high quality service, communication and products.

From our centrally based premises in Hinckley, Leicestershire, we supply all sectors of industry and commerce with signs, specialising in the Safety and Custom Design sectors. Our customer base includes Major Utilities and the Quarry Sector. We maintain state of the art design and manufacturing facilities, utilising Digital Printing, Computer Controlled Vinyl Cutting and Engraving, Screen Printing and Computer- Aided Graphic Design.

The Direct Signs product range encompasses Self-Adhesive Vinyl, PVC, Aluminium, GRP, maintaining over 4000 variations of stocked signs and products.

We maintain a full interactive website www.directsigns.co.uk, and e -procurement purchasing facility, to provide an efficient and effective order placement method for our customers. We provide the complete service, from assessment of client needs and design, through to the final manufacturing process.

We achieved certification to ISO 9001 via an UKAS Accredited Assessment Body in 2006 and are currently working towards ISO 14001 to help maximise our environmental performance.
