The process of purchasing this unit was fantastic from start to finish. The team at LTE were professional throughout, answered any and all questions we had about the options available to us. They helped us select the most appropriate unit and determined which extras if any were required. The team were flexible with delivery schedules to work around our limitations. Delivery was timely, installation was quick and efficient and the training was conducted willingly. I have only been able to use the unit a handful of times now due to Covid-19 but the process is easy, the cycle is digitized so I can keep track of where we are in the process and the success/failure notification is clear for all to see. The aftercare thus far has been ideal!

LTE Scope Store On-line training was perfect.Trainer was very competent. Very nice person.We can feel he has a lot of experience on this product.We asked a lot of questions regarding all aspects and get quickly the answers.We have been able to see all aspects of the machine as Troubleshooting, Configuration, Settings, usual spare parts, Toolkit required, how to assign/install a new Endoscope and conditions of use of the Scope Store .I feel now comfortable with this new product.I’m not afraid at all to start now my experience on the field.Thanks to Adam Pugh for this fantastic on-line session.
