About us

Preheat Engineering is the British designer and manufacturer of PEREGRINE and FALCON engine heating and fuel warming solutions for: engine coolant, lube oil, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, diesel fuel and general storage tanks, pipelines, batteries, gearboxes and other equipment. We supply in a large range of voltages and wattages, offer weatherproof options and heaters with withdrawable elements for safety and ease of replacement. Our range also includes tank heaters for fuel warming which are available with threaded and flanged heads, for side or top entry. About 30% of our production is for bespoke heating solutions to specific customer requirements, from small 50 watt elements for chemical processing to 80,000 watt heaters for pre-heating diesel fuel. With over 50 years of experience in the field we provide reliable back-up power engine warming to critical industry sectors operating in demanding environments worldwide such as genset, marine, fire safety and bulk fuel storage.
