I just wanted to let you know how lovely the Rosemary looked at Christmas when the garden was finally landscaped and I installed the Spiral in a pot beside the front door - complete with white twinkling lights. I just wanted to send you an e-mail to let you know how thrilled I am with my bay trees. They arrived yesterday and I "potted" them up today, they're gorgeous and look so real it's unbelievable !!I have had two real bay trees outside my double front doors for a few years now and am totally fed up with having to replace them every year due to snow and frost ! So I thought I'd give artificial bays a try and I'm so glad I did.I think people are quick to complain about service when they're not happy but maybe we're not so quick to compliment when it's needed and therefore I thought it important to let you know.Thank you again and I shall definitely be recommending you to my friends...
