I was stuck! I had to change my handset for the intercom and had already previously bought one and couldn’t work out the wiring so I phoned these guys and Geraldine assisted me and followed up an email the next day telling me which wire should go in which place. If that didn’t work she suggested another handset for me to buy but luckily it did work so she helped me out, spent time on me and didn’t make any money but made me a very happy man. I will return to this company when needed and recommend it to everyone else. Fantastic customer service. Thank you!

We were previously dealing with a supplier for all our ACT products. We were not happy with the service we were getting. (Basically problems to do with our couriers having difficulty in picking up the goods)That’s why we contacted your selves, and I have to say the service we get is excellent.
