Very professional service from the start and everyone I met there were very helpful, understanding and willing to help. I had a tour of the place and looked at the products they had on offer. I bought the 4' x 2'6" tower for DIY use up to 5.2m. Arrived promptly in mint condition and looks excellent for the price. There's a 3' wide concrete path runs round the house so it's perfect.

My tower arrived promptly on the arranged day,all complete and in good order.The finish is very good neat welds no sharp edgesand the galvanizing looks to be to a high standard. The tower is very easy to assemble as the swaged sockets are finished in such a way as to fit without any jamming.A very satisfactory piece of equipment and it should last me the rest of my life if properly looked after.

I required some sort of platform in order to reach my high hedges instead of struggling with a stepladder. The builders' trestle looked the ideal thing. I ordered two trestles through Ebay.Two days later I received a telephone call telling me that the items were being des patched and would arrive the following day,which they. My dealings with Top Tower were stress free, the goods were as described and appear to be of an excellent standard.

Firstly I'm amazed how quickly we received the item. My husband fell off the ladder a couple of weeks ago and a friend told us of this thing to steady the ladder. I ordered it for him and it is an great ladder steady. The ladder now is much firmer and steady, the Base Mate is worth buying, can't praise it enough.

For a number of years I have used an old, discontinued, make of scaffold tower without castors and have dragged it around work sites. After a recent search of the web I found that Toptower sell scaffold castors and approached them, more in hope than expectation, for castors for my tower. Although it was obvious that I was not familiar with scaffold towers they could not have been more helpful in checking my requirements and the dimensions of my tower to ensure that they supplied the most suitable and safe solution. Having selected and ordered the correct castors I was delighted when they arrived the following day and fitted my tower perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
