Responding to the increased demand for reliable flowmetering solutions in the OEM industry, Endress+Hauser offers its high accuracy, high speed Dosimass and Dosimag flowmeters.
High precision flowmetering is of paramount importance in repeatable processes such as filling and bottling applications.
Compact and lightweight and with no moving parts, both Dosimass (Coriolis) and Dosimag (electromagnetic) are specifically designed for use in filling and bottling applications, where space on rotary or linear filling machines is at a premium. Even in demanding process conditions with short filling intervals or small quantities, they guarantee repeatable results and the highest level of reliability.
Batch processing could not be easier.
Dosimass and Dosimag offer exact and detailed analysis of the measured values thanks to advanced diagnostics to optimise the batching processes – and with device configuration and batching diagrams, they provide complete plant documentation. Additionally, easy and simple commissioning and operation is achieved using the Endress+Hauser FieldCare software. They are not only maintenance-free, but also feature self-monitoring and diagnosis functions, so they recognise and overcome problems immediately.
