Wholesalers praise Tufflex

When it came to customer service and product quality, cable management specialist Marshall-Tufflex were given a near perfect score by their electrical wholesaler customers.
Based in Hastings, East Sussex, the family owned busienss surveys its wholesale partners twice a year in order to gain important feedback about its performance across a number of sectors. In the latest survey electrical wholesalers indicated that the quality of Marshall-Tufflexs' cable management products virtually always met their required standard, with an overall rating of some 4.9 out of 5.Marshall-Tufflex managing director Jim Fletcher said;
“We are really pleased with this feedback, which reflects the huge amount of effort put in across the board to ensure our products and systems deliver on their promises. Over the last four years our score for quality has always been high (at four or above) but this result is one of our best to date and really reinforces the fact that we, as a manufacturer, can be relied upon to deliver time and time again."
The survey also confirmed that Marshall-Tufflex is maintaining a high level of customer service, with its staff considered knowledgeable and professional – wholesalers questioned rated their skills as 4.75 out of five, the highest for four years – and noted how quickly and efficiently the customer service team deals with queries.
