Working for iiaa is Sophies’ Choice

16 April 2010

When customers in the Midlands want to talk make-up, skincare and nutrition they know they can call on not just one, but two Sophies, following the latest staff appointments by the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa).

Sophie Stapleton and Sophie Hall are the organisation’s latest employees, responsible for assisting Midlands area salons, spas and clinics which stock iiaa distributed brands, jane iredale, Environ and Advanced Nutrition Programme.

Sophie Stapleton has come on board as area manager, applying her comprehensive beauty therapy and retail experience to help her customers to meet the challenges required to succeed.  Prior to working with iiaa, Sophie worked for seven years at the luxurious Ragdale Hall Health Hydro, and was promoted along the way to roles in both senior skincare therapy and beauty shop management.

Sophie Hall joins as skin analyst, hosting free business boosting events for salons, covering the same area. Welsh-born Sophie studied health and beauty at the London College of Fashion and stayed on to complete a BA in business management and marketing.  After graduating, Sophie worked as a beauty therapist in salons, including more than two years at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge, London.  Following a move to Leicestershire, the iiaa presented her with the ideal role to use her skills in client consultation and product marketing.

iiaa is home to leading professional brands Environ Skin Care, Advanced Nutrition Programme and jane iredale mineral cosmetics.
