Southern Belles join iiaa Business Development Team

23 March 2011

Salons in the Southern England are benefiting from the expertise of two new staff members who have recently joined the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa).

Stacey Lord has been appointed as make-up artist for the South West to work with mineral cosmetics brand jane iredale providing inspirational make-up ideas to clients who book the company’s free make-up events at salons.  She is also available to help therapists improve their own product knowledge and retailing skills.

After graduating from the Steiner London School of Beauty, Stacey went on to manage two salons in Kent before owning her own salon, so she knows what it takes to make a profitable business.  Within that time Stacey gained a mass of experience working with mineral make-up and is passionate about spreading the word about its benefits in her new role.

Lucie Bellieu-Cruse joins the team in helping salons to boost their retail and treatment business as the new Skin Analyst for the South East region.  Well-qualified therapist Lucie has worked with a number of leading skincare houses giving her the opportunity to rub shoulders with the stars including Lord Alan Sugar!  More recently, Lucie worked as a skincare account manager at a flagship retail store.

In her new job, Lucie visits salons to provide free-of charge skin analysis events for salons which stock iiaa brands, Environ Skin Care, Advanced Nutrition Programme and jane iredale.  She uses an advanced computerised system to assess clients’ skin and to set tailored treatment programmes.
