Hörmann’s Classic HR116 roller shutter was the choice of door
Hörmann’s Classic HR116 roller shutter was the choice of door for the site of exclusive yacht builder Landamores in Norfolk. Landamores has acquired an international reputation for craftsmanship in yacht building.
Cooks Blinds of Norwich installed 7 Hörmann coil-coated aluminium HR116 roller shutters at the Landamores warehouse. The HR116 is specifically suited for large structural openings and it is double-skinned for increased security and durability.
The coil-coated aluminium provides a high-grade coating on both sides of the door to provide long-term protection. The door is reinforced further by protective paint, containing polyamide particles, which helps reduce friction and minimise noise.
The HR116 is also available in stucco texture aluminium and a robust steel version which is 0.7mm thick and perfect for heavy-duty everyday operation.
Thermal insulation is key benefit of this roller shutter design as it allows heat to be kept in through the colder months which can also help to reduce carbon emissions.
