We employed Ability Lifts in Jan 24 to supply deliver and install a platform lift, it was one of the worst decisions we have ever made. Despite several site surveys and a project completion date of July 24 we still do not have a working lift and it is now January 25. To make matters worse, they are impossible to reach and never return phone calls or emails. When they did respond, their excuses were unprofessional and dismissive.Avoid Ability Lifts at all costs. They are incompetent and unreliable, and their poor craftsmanship and lack of accountability will cost you time and money.
