Kraso – 10.0 Bar – Cable Duct Sealing System

The Kraso Type TD-X SUPER is for sealing single cables or pipes in ducts or boreholes up to 10 bar of pressure. This sealing system comprises a complete un-welded plate, which means this seal must be installed prior to installing a pipe or cable.

The TD-X SUPER mechanical pipe seal – Type TD-X from Kraso, Germany is made from high quality non-corrosive stainless steel V2A, is ideal for single cables or pipes entering via concrete foundations or cable ducts within walls to provide a long-term seal against flooding, gas, humidity, pests & rodents.

Kraso’s type TD-X sealing system has an unique patented Torque control nut to make installation easier and ensures all the tightening nuts are not under / or over-tightened.

Type TD-X is a one-part un-welded solution with 60 mm of specially developed rubber and 2 central circular pressure disks for even distribution of pressure which can withstand high water & gas pressures, also providing high strain relief and cable bending forces. Along with many other advantages, Kraso’s type TD-X seal can be installed in damp & wet environments, including running water.
