Kraso – Customisable Split Mechanical Duct Sealing System

The SD mechanical duct sealing system – Type SD from Kraso, Germany, made from high quality non-corrosive stainless steel V2A, is ideal for cables entering via concrete foundations or cable ducts within walls to provide a long-term seal against flooding, gas, humidity and pests & rodents.

Kraso’s type SD sealing system has an unique patented Torque control nut to make installation easier and ensures all the tightening nuts are not under / or over-tightened.

Type SD is a two-part seal, that can withstand high water & gas pressures, also providing high strain relief and cable bending forces. Along with many other advantages, Kraso’s type SD seal can be installed in damp & wet environments, including running water. It is a three-part seal that is easy to install also in wet conditions and in environments with running water.

Ordering

Type SD can accommodate duct sizes from 50mm up to 500mm, with customised holes cut to the required number of cables that occupy the penetration.

Seal can be made for any sized bore hole / duct and any cable configuration.

Please indicate in the message field of the quotation form the size of the bore hole and list the number of cables etc. you require the product for.

Manufacturing lead times is generally 24 hours plus 7 days shipping.
