Damage Waiver Plan

Damage Waiver Plan

Stockcode:

Damage Waiver and All Risk Indemnity Policy Options

Why you should protecting your hire

All our machines are hired under the Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA) terms and conditions, which state that the hirer is responsible for the loss or damage of the equipment hired.
Replacing damaged parts, or worse still replacing a stolen MEWP, can be expensive and in certain cases could cost over one hundred times more than the equivalent weekly hire rate. Our indemnity policies can cover many of these risks and help safeguard your company against a wide range of liabilities.

When hiring equipment from us, you are expected to return it in the condition in which it was received. With our Damage Waiver or All Risk options you are covered for a number of situations.

AFI Damage Waiver

Our Damage Waiver offers protection from accidental damage to our machines whilst in use by the hirer during agreed working hours within the UK. At only 10% of the hire cost, NO excess charges apply.

Summary of benefits:
All those covered by Damage Waiver Plan plus:
Theft
Destruction
Malicious damage
Read more about our All Risk option.
Exclusions:
All Risk – Third party claims, theft by hirer, paint spillage or overspray, damage caused by non-observance of daily maintenance, inadequate security, use by untrained operators, negligence. Terms & conditions apply
If you would like to take advantage of any of these options simply let us know when you place your order, or apply online.
