AiP designs and manufactures thermoformed packaging such as, clamshells, collation, transportation and presentation trays.

For over two decades, AiP are providing a bespoke packaging service to the electronic, automotive & pharmaceutical sectors. We can advise on the most suitable material for your proposed application, based on minimising cost, reducing environmental impact, ensuring product durability and where necessary, cosmetic enhancement.

We provide the full development process of a thermoformed packaging project from concept through to final samples for approval.

AiP can also advise on the trade-off between tooling investment versus product unit cost. Other considerations such as mechanical properties i.e. impact strength, sealability, ESD properties are discussed.
