NIR_Borescope - The NIR Borescope permanent installs through the wall of a furnace, boiler orglass/steel melt tank or furnace to give the operator access to data which would have previously been either highly time consuming to collect or perhaps completely unknown. A complete thermal picture of the inside of the tank/furnace/etc.is produced to highlight refractory breakdowns, blocked burners and poor thermal insulation Through collecting this data the operator can begin to increase the efficiency of the furnace/melt tank, improving product quality and reducing process costs.
