On 1 August 2019, Audax Private Equity completed the acquisition of Aspen Surgical Products. Aspen Medical Europe LTD was retained by Hill-Rom and they will continue to be the distributor for Aspen Surgical™ products in Europe for the next few months while Aspen Surgical stands up its international logistics strategy.
