The cycle storage lockers are constructed of 1.5mm galvanized steel with the doors being powder coated making them virtually maintenance free. Doors are available in both 1.6mm steel (as standard) and 2mm steel (generally used for heavy duty applications). Strengthening bars known as door ties adds extra security to the locker and makes the doors quieter to use.

The BikeAway locker storage unit has adjustable feet which accommodates gradients and will need a hard standing surface for installation. Dimensions for the locker unit is: 68cm wide 115cm deep 190-200cm high. Lockers have a very small footprint due to the unique design. Six lockers can fit into one car parking space, safely securing 6 bikes. Standard colours are British racing green or Oxford blue. A RAL number is required for colour changes of which a one off charge will be made. This is ideal if you require corporate colours or would like to customise the product. The BikeAway is installed by our team of fitters. We also have a wedge shaped locker which is supplied as a complete unit.
A management option is also available once lockers have been purchased. BikeAway charge a small fee to the cyclist to provide the key and cover maintenance costs (except graffiti damage). This has proved extremely popular with housing associations and park and ride areas.
