Assets requiring workshop attention are scanned, creating a workshop job at any stage of the delivery/collection process. Once scanned the item is displayed in the workshop module as a new arrival, which is then assigned to an agent for the chosen activity to be completed.
Every step of the process can be viewed on the Pro-Cloud dashboard including but not limited to; initial job allocation, awaiting sign off and job completion.
