For Quality Departments, our online or offline mobile app allows multiple photos to be added to work requests on mobiles or tablets on iOS or Android apps. dedicated to work requests. As the work requests become work orders, automatic feedback is available on the progress of the Work Order to the Requester. When a work order has been marked as complete, an automatic email can be sent to the originator of the work request to notify them of progress. In effect, a complete turnkey solution for CMMS work order management. Use the work request function as a helpdesk to further avoid duplication of work requests within your organisation.
