IMP (Insit Moulded Packaging) has been in business for over 40 years.
Throughout this time IMP have been proud of the service it's provided to all of it's customers, large and small. IMP's continued growth and success is a testament to it's helpful and enthusiastic staff, many of which are long serving and together as a team provide a wealth of experience within the packaging industry. IMP are intent on providing the best quality products and service to its valued customers. In April 2003, IMP became the first UK packaging company to invest in Dassault Systems Catia V5. A world class 3D design software that has enabled IMP to communicate with it's customers at the highest 3D CAD platform, including leading automotive OEM and the Aerospace industry. Catia V5 is also compatible with almost all other 3D & 2D CAD software and formats. By utilising the capabilities of Catia V5, our design innovation has taken a major step forward. It has become possible to offer bespoke protective packaging designs that save space, improve product and component protection, and allow for much more efficient handling at customers assembly lines. All of our customers have benefited from the integration of Catia V5, improving accuracy and efficiency during the design process. Design concept proposals, production drawings, and CNC tooling are all produced, generated directly from the 3D model. With Catia V5 on board, IMP has the edge over it's competitors.
