About us

At MK1 Scaffolding Ltd our main objective is to set a benchmark in quality work and safety. We pride ourselves on our reliability, punctuality and practical knowledge of the scaffolding industry as well displaying a general “can do” attitude to all of our client’s requirements.

This is evident in the amount of repeat business we receive. All scaffolding erected by MK1 Scaffolding Ltd is done so in accordance with TG20:13 & SG4:15.

With over 25 years combined experience within the scaffolding industry we know how great the need for health and safety is for our employees, clients and the general public whilst maintaining project schedules & ensuring remain compliant with the ever changing industry standards.. No expense is spared in achieving this which is evident in the vast investment we make in operative training & high quality plant we purchase. We hold accreditations in CHAS, SafeContractor, Acclaim & Constructionline. Our public & Employers liability cover is £10 million.

At MK1 Scaffolding Ltd all scaffolders are CITB Trained CISRS cardholders. Employees are provided with 5 point P.P.E (fall arrest harness with double Lanyard, Steel toe cap boots, Hard hat & hi-visibility vest & Safety gloves). At MK1 Scaffolding Ltd we employ a strict company policy that all the above are to be worn at all times as a mandatory requirement.

Operatives are also issued with company branded clothing for added professionalism.
